hi, I'm Debbie :)

I'm a first-year Ph.D. student in Engineering Psychology at Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to this, I completed my M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction at Georgia Institute of Technology and my B.S. in Psychology at Emory University.

My research explores trust dynamics in complex human-AI teams. Specifically, how trust flows and evolves when multiple humans and AI systems work together in high-stakes environments. My work produces frameworks that guide AI system design, helping humans develop appropriate trust in AI teammates and improving collaboration outcomes in hybrid teams.

I’m always excited to chat about research, collaboration opportunities, or just interesting ideas at the intersection of psychology and technology. Feel free to reach out!
